My Heart Speaks =)

It was something spontaneous. We held hands. We kissed. My mind wanted not to, yet my heart insisted. I wanted to feel his nearness, his being with me. I could hardly explain what I felt. My heart was like leaping with joy that I wanted the moment to stand still.

Being with him has always been wonderful. He is my lunch buddy and I always look forward to spending time with him. I feel more comfortable and happier when I eat my lunch with him. A day without him in the office seems incomplete and makes me miss him more.

Well, it all started with the Christian songs he was playing in his computer, the first time he led the spiritual enhancement in the office,and the first few moments we shared about our faith. It did not take so long for me to trust him. He does not only make me smile, he may not know it, but he also brings out the best in me. =)

We've known each other for more than 8 months now and I do thank God our paths have crossed. The movie "My Amnesia Girl" sounds true to me when John Lloyd Cruz (lead character) said you could have met the one yet you were busy fixing your shoelace while he passed by. It's kinda funny but we could have met several years ago then considering that I just live 3-5 minute walk away from his workplace. He also used to attend Sunday services in the same building where I was working. But we never noticed each other. Not until God brought me to the workplace where he is working. Kinda amazing, isn't it? =)

I cannot elaborate the reasons why but I am truly happy being with him. If there's such a thing as "soul mate", I can say, it's him. I just feel so connected with him. I have the peace and joy whenever I am with him.

Things may not all be perfect for us now, but I am hopeful God will make all things beautiful in His time... While waiting I just want to enjoy our friendship and moments together. I also want to be the best friend he can have. Above all, I want both of us to serve, honor and love God with all our hearts. =)
